How I Approach Engineering & Client Engagements
Most technology agencies sell complex, pre-packaged tools before understanding what a client actually needs. They deliver bloated software that teams abandon within months, or push generative AI into critical workflows where it hallucinates and risks corporate liability.
My studio operates on the opposite principle: understand the operational friction first. I am as comfortable auditing a 9-sheet financial unit economics model as I am building a custom Next.js web application or writing a deterministic Python integration. Useful systems succeed only when they are tailored to human reality.
Critical business calculations—pricing, taxes, receivables, inventory counts—must always stay in deterministic, unit-tested code. AI is deployed selectively where probabilistic interpretation adds genuine business value: document synthesis, unstructured data extraction, and semantic search—with mandatory human approval checkpoints before any high-stakes action.
